About me

I live in Sydney, Australia. I’m the Australian Junior table tennis coach since 2011.

I started playing table tennis when I was 10 years old. I was selected into the Korean National Table Tennis Team when I was 15 until 20.

Now at 33, I am selected into the Australian National Table Tennis Team. I have represented Australia at the Moscow 2010 World Championship, and Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games.

Currently, I am ranked fifth in Australia.

    Hi
I am a vet player in New Zealand. My grandson Ray Zhang is learning table tennis with me here, but his parents work and live in Sydney. He will be back to his parents in 2012. He started TT training with me from age 4. He has been trained on a raised floor (was 21cm high, and reduced to 10cm now) so that he can loop on 76cm table. He is left hand penhold. with FH and BH two wing loop, like the style of Wang Hao and Xu Xin, no traditional PH block. He was born in New Zealand and is 5 and half now, plays well on the raised floor. I expect him to play on normal table at age 6 and half when he returns to Sydney. I am looking for a coach in Sydney and gives him further training after he is back to Sydney.
I will be in Sydney between 22nd May and 4th June. During that period I will go to Olympic park to watch NSW boys champ and NSW Primary School Champ. I am wondering if I can take him to visit your academy.
    Thanks in Advance
    Jia Zhang from New Zealand.
